• Our pet tags are handmade. Handmade items by nature will have its unique imperfections. While we strive to create pieces that meets our quality, small imperfections (bubbles, color mixing, etc) may be present, and are not considered as defects.
• Each pet tag is made individually, so they will not be 100% identical. Kindly expect some differences between each piece.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to UV, heat, and water. Too much of these exposure will cause discoloration, cloudiness and may affect its durability.
• While our resin pet tags are designed to be durable, they are not indestructible. Excessive force, chewing, or scratching may cause damage. Please inspect your pet's tag regularly and replace it if any signs of wear appear.
• Our pet tag and necklace are intended for decorative purposes. Do not use adjustable necklace as leash or hook leash to the pet tag buckle. Always use a secure collar and tag holder to ensure your pet's safety. If your pet has a habit of chewing or playing with tags, consider using a different type of tag.
• The buckle and connector ring may naturally show signs of wear or tarnish over time due to regular use and exposure to moisture.
• Please allow for slight discrepancies in product size due to manual measurement.

• We typically will ship out your order within 5-7 business days. This doesn’t include weekends, public holidays and delivery time.
• Some orders may take longer to process during busy periods. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate.

Material: Resin

• Wipe with a damp cloth for everyday cleaning.
• For tougher dirt, use a little mild soap and water.
• Avoid scrubbing or anything abrasive — it can scratch the resin.
• Dry with a soft towel.
• Keep away from harsh chemicals and direct sunlight.
• Try not to drop it on hard surfaces — resin can chip!

• Hand wash only with lukewarm water and mild soap.
• Use a soft brush (like an old toothbrush) for gentle scrubbing.
• Rinse thoroughly, then lay flat to air dry.
• Don’t use heat or put it in the sun to dry.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Bonus Tip

• If your tag or necklace has a metal buckle, it’s best to keep it dry! Water can cause it to tarnish or rust over time — we suggest removing it for baths or swims to keep it looking its best.
