Care Instructions
Supaw Dupaw pet tags and charms are made from high-quality acrylic—lightweight, durable, and color-filled by hand for that perfect finish. While they’re designed to be sturdy for everyday wear, a little extra care will help keep your tags and charms looking their best.
✨ Keep it clean
Gently wipe your pet tag with a soft, damp cloth when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners, as they may damage the acrylic finish and painted details.
💧 Water exposure
The acrylic pet accessories are water-resistant but not waterproof. We recommend removing them during baths or swims to maintain the quality and to prevent the connector ring or metal buckle from tarnishing or rusting.
⚡ Handle with care
Our tags and charms are designed for everyday wear, but acrylic isn’t indestructible. We recommend removing the tag during rough play or high-energy activities to avoid scratches, cracks, or breakage. If your pet loves to nibble or chew, supervise them while wearing the tag, as chewing may cause accidental damage.
☀️ Sunlight & heat exposure
Keep the acrylic pet accessories out of direct heat or sunlight for long periods to prevent fading or warping. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
👀 Regular inspection
Check the tag and hardware regularly for signs of wear, rust, or loosening. Replace any worn parts promptly to keep your pet’s tag secure. Supaw Dupaw is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by broken or detached tags.

Supaw Dupaw pet tags, charms and adjustable necklace straps are intended for decorative purposes only. Do not use the necklace strap as a leash, or attach a leash directly to the tag buckle. Always use a secure collar and tag holder for your pet’s safety.
