Supaw Dupaw resin pet tags are handmade with love, which means every piece is unique. Small imperfections like tiny bubbles or subtle color variations are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects. No two tags are exactly alike—please expect slight differences between pieces.

To keep your pet tag looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to UV light, heat, and water. Over time, too much exposure can cause discoloration, cloudiness, or affect durability.

⚡ Handle with care
While our resin pet tags are designed to be durable for everyday wear, they are not indestructible. Excessive force, chewing, or scratching may cause damage. We recommend supervising pets who tend to chew or play with their tags, and removing the tag during rough play or high-impact activities.

Supaw Dupaw pet tags, charms and adjustable necklace straps are intended for decorative purposes only. Do not use the necklace strap as a leash, or attach a leash directly to the tag buckle. Always use a secure collar and tag holder for your pet’s safety.
